Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging our products, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. We consider an item "damaged" if there is a defect or if it is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, does not count as damage as long as the product inside is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package. Send us a photo of the damage via email to support@gorestpure.com. We will determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery

However, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen issues during shipping. If you experience any delivery problems, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot offer a resend or refund for packages sent to an incorrect address.
